The firm was established on 29th September 1994 as a Sole Proprietorship, with a clear vision—to deliver reliable, ethical, and high-quality Chartered Accountancy services. As our practice grew and client relationships deepened, the firm evolved into a Partnership in December 2002, marking a new chapter of collective expertise and expanded capability. Today, with over three decades of professional experience, we provide a comprehensive range of services across audit & assurance, taxation, regulatory advisory, financial consulting, and governance support. We serve corporates, institutions, professionals, family-owned businesses, and not-for-profit organisations, offering solutions that are both technically sound and commercially practical. With our continued growth and commitment to serving clients better, we now have offices spread across North India in the cities of Chandigarh, Shimla, Jammu, Panchkula, and Solan.
